EntryLevelCDL is a matching service that connects individuals interested in commercial truck driving with third-party carriers and driving schools. We are not an employer, a trucking company, or a training academy. We do not guarantee employment, acceptance into any training program, or specific compensation.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when filling out our matching forms. Providing false information (including fake phone numbers or zip codes) wastes the time of our partner carriers and is grounds for immediate ban from our platform.

4. Third-Party Links & Services

Our service involves transferring your request to third-party carriers. We have no control over the hiring practices, training conditions, or employment contracts of these third parties. Any agreement you enter into is strictly between you and the carrier.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall EntryLevelCDL be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our service or your interactions with third-party carriers contacted through our platform.
